Jan - Office manager in charge of patient accounts and billings. She is our in-house bookkeeper and can assist you with any and all billing questions or payment arrangements. Jan has many years of accounting experience and she is also our resident computer specialist. |
Amie - Practice manager and technician in charge of day to day operations of the hospital. Amie oversees all of the patients and clients and keeps the office running smoothly. She manages the inventory and if special medications need to be ordered, she is the staff member to talk to. Amie is a long time resident of the Richland area and comes to us with both a background in Veterinary Medicine and Human Medicine. |

Diane - Diane is responsible for entering all of the doctor's notes into patient files and sending our reminder cards to all of our clients. Diane is a long time resident of Richland and spends her free time taking care of her 20+ alpacas at her farm. |
Don – Don joined our staff in November 2008 as a kennel attendant. His compassion and dedication for animals makes him an essential member to our staff. In his free time away from the clinic he likes to read, watch Gull Lake High School's basketball team, golf, and take his dog Rin Tin Tin for walks. Don and his wife also share their household with 3 cats, Texas, Kansas, and Maine. |

Stacey – Stacey is a Portage native who has joined our team in the fall of 2007. She is an integral part of our support staff, taking excellent care of the animals in our kennel area and helping to keep our entire clinic organized and fresh. She has a great personality and spirit, making her an incredible asset to our family. |
Sheri – Sheri joined RAH in May 2011 as a Discharge Receptionist. Born and raised in the Kalamazoo area, she is a graduate of Loy Norrix High School and Western Michigan University. A lifelong animal lover and pet owner, she currently resides in Portage with her husband Dave, daughters Kelsey and Sarah, sons Christian and James, puppy Maya Sasha, and a trio of felines, Sugar, Snickers, and Kitz. In her spare time Sheri enjoys spending time with her family and friends and teaching Tae Kwon Do. |

Callie – Callie joined our staff in June 2010, she is one of our Licensed Veterinary Techs. She graduated from Macomb Community College in May 2010. She also interned with us during the Summer of 2009. At home Callie lives with her 2 dogs, 2 snakes, and 2 geckos. |
Cassie – Cassie joined us in June 2010 as our Exam Room Technician. She is a longtime resident of the area, who came to us after working in other area veterinary clinics for the past three years. In her spare time Cassie enjoys spending time with her friends and family and reading. She shares her house with her 3 cats and 2 dogs. |

Rhonda – Rhonda joined our team in October 2010. She is one of our room assistants, and also helps out discharging clients. Rhonda is a graduate of Nazareth College. She has an extensive background in veterinary medicine, working as an assistant at a local practice for 10 years. Her hobbies include music, gardening, cooking and taking care of her Ocicat, O.C. |
Shannon - Shannon joined RAH as the Full Time Receptionist in March 2011. Shannon grew up in Solon Springs, WI / Duluth MN where she developed a bond with animals of all kinds as a very young girl. Between climbing trees to talk to bear cubs, riding her horse Sunshine, and her family's childhood dogs and cats, she has a lot of experience with our best friends. Shannon currently has several furry kids named Marci who is a German Shorthaired Pointer, BeeBee a Russian Blue, and Bobby who is also a Russian Blue. |

Chelsea – Chelsea joined RAH as a Veterinary Assistant in January 2011. Chelsea has grown up in the Richland community and graduated from Gull Lake High School. She is currently enrolled in the PreVet Program at Adrian College. Chelsea is an animal lover as all of us here are and currently has 3 cats, Ally, Maxie, and Pudd as well as 2 dogs, Gracie and Chip. |
Keagan - Keagan joined RAH in April 2011 as a Kennel Assistant. Keagan is currently studying Computer Science at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. He is an animal lover of the greatest kind. He enjoys working with all breeds, shapes, and sizes and welcomes new friends to our boarding facility with enthusiasm. Keagan shares his home with a black Siamese cat named Handsome. |
